School for Special Child

We at Joshaba Shikshan Prasarak Mandal run a school for child with disabilities both mentally and physically. We are catering to over 100 children in a nurturing environment at free-of-cost. A dedicated team of special educators proactively creates an effective and harmonious teaching and learning environment. Here modern teaching strategies are being adopted and applied and make sure their learning journey is joyful and meaningful.

Hospital for Disabled

We also operate and maintain a hospital for disabled individuals, offering free medical services. Our facility features modern equipment, expert doctors, and healthcare professionals dedicated to providing quality treatment at affordable costs. This hospital consists of a medicine store offering reasonably priced medicines. Our commitment is to ensure accessible and high-quality healthcare for people with disabilities, promoting their well-being and overall health.

Women Empowerment

We also prioritize empowering financially disadvantaged women by involving them in income-generating activities. Specifically, we provide training for stitching, tailoring, sanitary napkin manufacturing, benefiting over 250 women. This initiative has significantly elevated their financial status and self-esteem. We seek to expand training programs into various fields and support these women in establishing their own businesses. Our goal is to enhance their economic independence and overall well-being through skill development and entrepreneurship.

Meditation Center

A meditation center for disabled individuals is being run by Joshaba Shikshan Prasarak Mandal where we are offering free classes for their mental and physical well-being. This center is designed to enhance their overall health and promote a sense of inner peace. The center provides a supportive environment where individuals with disabilities can engage in meditation practices to improve both their mental and physical wellness, contributing to a holistic approach to their care and development.

Free Health Check-up Camp

The health of disabled people is a serious concern for their families but most of the time they can not avail of timely check-ups or treatment facilities due to the unaffordability of their families. To address this, we organize health camps offering free diagnosis, treatment, and medicines. Additionally, we provide essential medical equipment such as wheelchairs, crutches, walking sticks, and artificial limbs to enhance their mobility. In our recent camp, collaborating with Deendayan Upadhyay Handicap Medicare Help and Manufacturing Center, we have distributed these pieces of equipment to over 500 needy disabled persons. These initiatives aim to ensure that individuals with disabilities receive the necessary healthcare and support regardless of financial constraints, promoting their well-being.
